Are any specialised services provided to guests ?
We do not provide concierge services. But we are evolving a list of therapists, masseurs, beauticians, specialist guides for birdwatching etc. We can not take responsibility for the services provided by these experts/consultants, however.

What workshops do you offer?
We have no regular curriculum as of now. Workshops with master teachers will be posted on our website as and when they transpire. Individuals interested in conducting workshops with us must arrange for their own participants. We only market workshops where we have invited the master.

Why can't you quote a rupee price.We don’t work in euros ?
We have pegged our rental rates to euros so you will need to calculate the exchange rate for the day you transfer. Food and all services within the house are charged in rupees.

Will we be allowed to buy food and cook in the kitchen ourselves?
No. The staff kitchen is strictly out of bounds.

Are towels & linen included?
Are beach towels provided?
Yes. Its a luxury villa. Clean sheets, towels and even bath robes are provided.

Which of the rooms will have a/c?
All three bedrooms have high end airconditioning. You will not really need this in December. Its intended more for the monsoon and summer months

Can we have one or two taxis that are provided for by the property to use as we please?
We don't provide free taxis. We have reliable taxis and drivers affiliated to the property so you dont get ripped off. There are standard rates which apply. It's best to hire them by the day.

Do you have an outside dining table to seat 8 plus?
We have a flexible scheme for dining. Two portable tables can be lined up to seat 12 plus outside in the garden or inside overlooking the pool ( so its really inside-outside).

Will there be security guards at night?
Our properties are gated. You need to ring a bell every time you want to get in. We do not find local security effective and so have our own 24 hour in-house staff.

Is there a safe, or a secure lockable space for passports, cards, etc?
Yes.

Can the staff on-site also act as a babysitter if needs be?
Depends very much on the age and nature of the child/children involved. Toddlers and babies need specialised care. We can't handle this. Children who are capable of amusing themselves can be left in since there is in-house staff to call you in case of an emergency. In Noi Varo there is cable TV, wireless internet - if you have a laptop - a video library, a book library, world space radio and a collectors archive of music on iPod. Kids love both the luxury and the entertainment options. They are not allowed to use the pools without parental supervision.
